Adult Mental Health
The Adult Mental Health Services Division provides an array of services to adults 18 years of age and older who are suffering from severe depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders or any other serious emotional symptoms that interfere with their daily activities. Treatment is individually designed to meet the specific needs of each consumer while promoting independence.

Children Mental Health
Children's Mental Health Services are provided for children between the ages of 0 - 17. Youth with mental retardation and substance abuse who have an additional emotional or mental disorder also qualify for services through the Children's Mental Health Plan.

Substance Abuse
Substance Abuse Services are provided to adults on a limited basis. The majority of services provided in this area are through the Federal Court System.

Mental Retardation
Mental Retardation Services are provided for individuals upon graduation from high school or through the Early Childhood Intervention program up to the child's third birthday. The public school system is the primary service provider after the age of 3 through graduation from high school. However, a youth with mental retardation may have an additional emotional or mental disorder that qualifies the youth for the Children's Mental Health program.
